Ingredients
1cupwhole wheat flour (about 6 chapatti)
1teaspoonoil
Pinch of salt
Water as needed
Directions
In a bowl put the flour, oil and salt
Add a bit of water at a time and mix together until it forms a dough ball
Divide into six balls
Take the first ball and cover it with a bit of plain flour so it doesn’t stick when you roll it
Take a rolling pin and roll it in a round shape, quite thin
Put a frying pan on the fire and put the chapatti in it, medium heat
When it starts to bubble up turn over and cook the other side for a couple minutes
Transfer it to the wire rack which is over a fire and cook it by turning on both sides until it rises up.
