RY02 (Weekend) - Raja Yoga Meditation – Intermediate

Weekend Series for 3 consecutive weeks on Sundays: 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM

This 3-session intermediate course in Raja Yoga Meditation goes deeper into the understandings introduced in RY01. 
Additionally, knowledge of the cycle of time offers clarity towards the steps I should take at the present moment, and gives me real hope for a bright future.  Understanding the tree of life brings insight about world religions.  The last session offers practical tools which when used will open the door to further progress in meditation and reconnect the self with more and more of its inner peace and joy.

Prerequisite: RY01.

Art of Stress Free Living - Using Spiritual & Practical methods

Stress has been identified as a leading cause of many health problems. Largely psychological, rather than physical in origin and therefore much more difficult to prevent and remedy, modern stress affects nearly all of us at some point in our lives. Regardless of its origins, stress drains our physical, emotional and mental energy and sooner or later makes us sick. In this evening we will explore some practical and simple methods for reducing stress, as well as become familiar with basic spiritual principles to do the same.
