Positive thinking series each Thursday

Over recent years many of us have become more aware of how to keep our bodies healthy. Today, there is an emphasis on wellness and an increasing curiosity about mastering the power of the mind. Yet how many of us have really explored our minds? The energy of the human mind is thought. Thought is said to be one of the greatest, but least understood, energy resources of the universe. The Positive Thinking workshop series will improve your understanding of your mind and guide you in helping your mind create thoughts in a positive and healing way that is in cooperation with your needs. Through discussion, reflection and exercises, this Positive Thinking series will show you how to face challenges, explore solutions and resolve conflicts with a more positive outlook.

World Peace Meditation

60 Minutes for World Peace

 Radiate love, care and hope to our world,followed by a 1/2 hour talk on the connection between inner peace and global peace.

World Meditation Hour began in 1978 and invites people from all over the world to collectively meditate for world peace.  This practice has become a very popular one and has spread to over 137 countries around the world, attracting over a million people.  We have the potential to guide the world towards becoming a more loving and peaceful place. It begins with our ways of thinking, as our outer world is a reflection of what lies within our inner world.

RY02 (Weeknight) - Raja Yoga Meditation – Intermediate

Weeknight Series for two consecutive weeks on Mondays and Wednesdays: 7:00 – 8:30 PM

This four-session intermediate course in Raja Yoga Meditation goes deeper into the understandings introduced in RY01. 
Additionally, knowledge of the cycle of time offers clarity towards the steps I should take at the present moment, and gives me real hope for a bright future.  Understanding the tree of life brings insight about world religions.  The last session offers practical tools which when used will open the door to further progress in meditation and reconnect the self with more and more of its inner peace and joy.
