Foundation Course in Meditation RY01 : Weekdays

In this course we will explore the Foundations of Raja Yoga.
 
We will focus on the introduction to the spiritual identity of the soul and how the three main functions of the soul; The Mind, The Intellect and The Impressions influence the soul as a result of our daily actions & choices.

We will also explore the power of thoughts and how they can bring harmony in our relationships. Learn to harness thought power to create better relationships in your life.
We will share methods to deepen our link to the Source of unconditional love. When we keep ourselves full of this precious gift, we have so much more to give others.

In this intermediate Raja Yoga Meditation course knowledge of "the cycle of time" offers clarity towards the steps we should take at the present moment. 
In addition, understanding "the tree of life" brings insight about world religions.
