From Anger to Peace

04/09/2015 7:30 pm - 9:00 pm

Sometimes our anger comes up unexpectedly and sometimes it can be quite strong. What do we do to regain control? What do we do to go beyond the anger and step on to a pathway of peace? In this evenings program we will explore how our thoughts and words are the creators of the anger we hold within. This session provides an opportunity to survey the underlying causes of anger and the effects of anger on our well-being and on our relationships. We will discover practical solutions for controlling anger, healing the wounds and will explore ways to change our thinking patterns and to turn our thoughts in the direction of peace in our hearts.

All are Welcome. Free of charge.
